Current Vacancies:
Engineering Intern 2023 (summer placement)
We are seeking an enthusiastic intern to join us for a 10-week summer placement in 2023. As an intern, you’ll have the chance to work with us, a materials engineering services provider for the energy industry, and gain invaluable insights into the world of engineering.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our engineering team and assist them in delivering exciting consultancy projects in various areas. You’ll be working on metallic materials in energy applications, corrosion assessments, materials selection, and heat and mass balances and modelling of upstream processes.
You’ll also provide project management support for a range of energy sector projects, such as Carbon Capture, Hydrogen Transport, Geothermal, Offshore Wind, and Oil and Gas. Other responsibilities include collating technical information for existing projects, updating technical reports, verifying information in technical documents, and validating software.
You should have a good understanding of basic engineering principles, be proficient in using MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and initiative.

We value individuals who aren’t afraid to ask questions and are driven by a desire to expand their knowledge and skills.
