2015 a great year for our charity work
2015 has been a fantastic year for our charity work, these are just some of our achievements:
- Muddy Dog Race: Ivan Gutierrez and his Mexican Hairless Dog “Cholo” took on the muddy dog challenge to raise funds for Battersea Dogs and Cats Rescue Home. The challenge took place in May this year and the team raised over £250.00 for this great charity.
- Dragon Boat Race: We joined forces with www.windows4sheds.co.uk and we entered the Peterborough Dragon Boat Race to support the great work done by Sue Ryder. It was a very competitive race and despite the rain and miserable weather the team manage to complete the challenge and raised over £1,000 in funds.
- We have partnered with the Salvation Army “Good Neighbours Scheme” and volunteers have dedicated two hours a week to spend time with neighbours that can benefit from a bit of companionship, this is a great scheme that provides a great opportunity to find new friends and to support the wider community.
We want to thank everyone who always provides support and sponsors our challenges, it is all for a good cause.
